Chris is co-manager of the Sanlam Global Artificial Intelligence Fund , Sanlam North American Fund, and the Sanlam Asia Pacific Artificial Intelligence Fund under a sub-investments management agreement.
He has been a partner at Landseer Asset Management since January 2024. Prior to joining Sanlam as Head of Growth Equities in January 2021, Chris worked at Smith & Williamson (Evelyn) which he joined in May 2015 to manage the Smith & Williamson North American Equity Fund and Smith & Williamson Mid Ocean World Investment Fund. Chris joined Smith & Williamson from Pictet Asset Management where he managed Global and US equities.
Prior to this he managed US equities at Schroders and US and technology equities at Aegon Asset Management. Chris graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA (Hons) in Music, an MMus from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh. Chris also holds the IMC.
