Fund merger update

Affected funds:

  • Sanlam Artificial Intelligence Fund
  • Sanlam Enterprise Fund
  • Sanlam Global Inflation Linked Bond Fund
  • Sanlam Short Dated Corporate Bond Fund

The planned fund merger for these funds from the Smith & Williamson Ireland domiciled umbrella into the Sanlam Ireland domiciled umbrella (Sanlam Asset Management (Ireland) Limited) was completed successfully by 2 August 2022 as planned.
 
Unfortunately, we have been made aware of some issues with a few investment platforms regarding fund visibility, availability, pricing and past performance data. This means that the newly merged funds may not be displaying correctly on your investment platform, or visible at all.
 
Rest assured your capital is still invested in the funds.
 
We understand the inconvenience caused to investors during this disruption and are working with the affected platforms to expedite a resolution to ensure full, accurate visibility.
 
In the meantime daily NAV price updates are being produced for the funds, which you can download from the individual fund pages:
