More information about the Catalyst Global Real Estate Fund
Sanlam UK is pleased to announce the addition of the Catalyst Global Real Estate Fund to its range of funds available to UK investors.
Launched in November 2007 and managed by Jamie Boyes, the addition marks the first time the Dublin-domiciled UCITS fund has been widely marketed to UK investors.
It offers diversified global listed real estate exposure across regions, countries, currencies, and real estate sub sectors and aims to generate positive income and capital returns over a medium to long term investment horizon.
Catalyst Fund Managers (catalyst.co.za) is majority owned by Sanlam, which has a shareholding of 69%. The Catalyst team continue to have significant equity ownership, a key principle aligned with all of the investment teams within Sanlam Investments UK.
The addition of the Global Real Estate fund to the Sanlam suite of funds marks a further step forward in Sanlam’s ambition to expand its fund offering to UK investors.
