Based in our offices in Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria; we are currently looking for a Client Administrator to work alongside our regional investment management team
 
The role
 
As our Client Administrator you will work closely with our portfolio managers playing a key role in ensuring that both our portfolio managers and clients are fully supported by ensuring paperwork, files and operating systems are kept up to date, accurate and compliant. 
 
Key to this role will be your strong administration skills, your attention to detail and your ability to liaise in a friendly professional manner and build strong relationships with both internal and external parties.
 
Successful candidates would be expected to provide general office support with a variety of administrative activities and related tasks.
 
The Client Administrator will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff members, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
 
Skills and experience;
 
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • GCSE Level (A-C) Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
