Based in our offices in Bristol; we are currently looking for an Administrator to join our busy Client Administration team on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of 6 months to help us through a particular busy period.
 
The role
 
Your role could involve a wide range of administrative tasks; from making amendments to policy information (such as changes to names/address/sums assured/frequency), processing legacy and new business products, managing payments (i.e. direct debits/top-ups), processing adviser fees and managing pension transfers/benefit payments and surrenders through to engaging with our customers, financial advisors and third party providers to ensure that our customer’s pension products are suitably managed;
 
With such a wide variety of administrative tasks; the key to this role will be your flexible approach, your prioritisation and time management skills and your ability to multitask.
 
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised administrator to gain or further their knowledge of financial services products in a role which will provide great exposure to the wider business.
 
Skills and experience
 
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:
 

  • Administration / Processing experience (candidates from Financial Services organisation preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent customer services skills and highly organised.
  • GCSE Level (A-C) Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel

 
Candidates with experience of personal pensions, SIPPS’s, ISA’s, General Investment Accounts and Onshore bonds would be of particular interest.
