Giles is the lead fund manager of the SVS Sanlam European Equity Fund and co-manager of the Sanlam Asia Pacific Artificial Intelligence Fund under a sub-investments management agreement.
He has been a partner at Landseer Asset Management since January 2024. Prior to joining Sanlam in January 2021 he worked as a fund manager at Smith & Williamson (Evelyn) and before that at M&G where he initially managed the European Smaller Companies Fund and then the Pan European Fund. He was promoted to head of European equities in 2007.
