Based in our offices in Bristol; we are currently looking for Property Administrator to assist in the buying/selling and ongoing administration of commercial property assets on a permanent basis.
The Role
With the support of the Property Administration Manager; your role will be to assist in the end to end buying and selling of commercial properties for the Sanlam property portfolio.
You will liaise with financial advisers (internal and 3rd party), solicitors, lenders, valuers and a range of internal departments to ensure all purchase and sale transactions are project managed as effectively and efficiently as possible, and all queries answered with the highest level of client care and in line with SIPP regulations and Company requirements.
Commercially, you will ensure all acquisitions are accurately costed through the production of feasibility reports and you will also be involved in the granting of commercial leases and sub-let/assignments to the tenants of the properties we buy.
You will ensure accurate and timely administration of our current property portfolio including rental invoices and payments; with all outstanding invoice payments effectively monitored and the appropriate legal/statutory actions taken to recover rent arrears.
Skills and Experience

  • Experience of commercial property management (full buy/sell lifecyle)

  • Experience of using QUBE property management system

  • Financial Services experience (desirable but not essential)

  • Technical understanding of purchasing/selling properties within a SIPP/SSAS environment (desirable but not essential)
