You’re a high end experienced advisor, focused on providing a first class service to clients with a modern outlook on holistic planning.

You know you have the capability and appetite to grow the client bank and take on new clients, with support provided for business generation including seminars and professional connections. You’re keen to develop and finesse your technical ability and skills to remain relevant in the market.
In recognition you will receive a competitive remuneration package (inclusive of salary, bonus scheme and unique long-term incentive plan) and an attractive benefits package (including death in service, pension, PHI, PMI, benefits portal and more).


You’re a high end advisor, focused on providing a first class service to your clients with a modern outlook on holistic planning carrying a transferable book of business that’s measured in millions; where your customers trust and respect you.

You know you have the capability to grow your book to c£30-50million+ but just need that little extra support, guidance and backing to achieve this level and beyond.

You’re keen to be or remain self-employed and want to retain the ownership of your clients; and you expect to receive generous rewards for the fees you generate whilst having the security of a practice buy out option when the time is right.
