Based in our offices in Bristol; we are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to maintain the cash management of the Company.
The role
The team you will be joining is responsible for a wide range of finance related aspects of our business and you’re likely to get involved in many of them. From inputting and paying all money management movements, maintaining and updating cash management spreadsheets, through to reconciling expenses, Client Money cash books and bank accounts; your role will give you great exposure to how our business operates and how a finance department works.
Processing everything that needs to be processed onto our banking systems and making sure that everything is accounted for in an accurate and timely fashion are key to this role.
Excellent attention to detail, a diligent approach to work and strong numerical and Excel skills are essential for the role.  An Accounting or Finance qualification would be desirable but not essential. 
Skills and experience
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous Finance Administrator experience in a financial services environment;

  • Educated up to a minimum of A-Level standard, with GCSEs or their equivalent in Mathematics and English;

  • Strong numerical and communication skills;

  • Reconciliation experience;

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy whilst operating in a timely manner;

  • High level of experience with Excel; and

  • The ability to work accurately under pressure in a highly organised manner.
