Based in our offices in Bristol; we are currently looking for a Client Administrator to join our busy Payments and Transfers team on a 6m FTC basis.

The role

Joining our fast paced and experienced administration team, your role will be to engage with customers, financial advisors, internal stakeholders and third party product providers to ensure that our customers’ Life and Pension payment requests are dealt with in a timely, efficient manner.
The role involves a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities including managing Life and Pension transfers using the Origo function, informing customers of their retirement options, preparing illustrations, setting up drawdown products and arranging payment of benefits including bereavement claims.
This would be a great role for someone with a strong administration background (ideally within Financial Services /Pensions) who is looking for more variety across a wider range of tasks.

Skills and experience


Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong Administration experience (Ideally within a Financial Services/Pensions environment)

  • Excellent customer services skills

  • GCSE Level (A-C) English and Maths or equivalent

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written

  • Proficient in Word, Excel

  • Proactive self-starter, comfortable with change
