Listed Discretionary Investment Managers

 

A Discretionary Investment Manager may be nominated by the client to carry out discretionary investment management of underlying assets of a Sanlam product on behalf of the client. The Discretionary Investment Managers listed below are appropriately authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. If nominated, the Discretionary Investment Manager must execute an Investment Management Agreement with Sanlam Investments and Pensions and with the client:

Versatile Investment Portfolio

Where the policyholder nominates one of the listed Discretionary Investment Managers to manage the underlying assets the annual management charge is 0.65% p.a., subject to a minimum annual charge of £700.

Transfer Pension Portfolio

Where a listed Discretionary Investment Manager is nominated the transaction charge is waived and replaced with a flat fee of £270 per annum, provided there is a transaction data feed in place.

OneSIPP

Where a listed Discretionary Investment Manager is nominated the transaction charge is waived and replaced with a flat fee of £325 per annum, provided there is a transaction data feed in place
