Lee Palmer

Head of Customer Services



I’ve worked within the industry for over 15 years specialising in customer service roles. Starting at NatWest I moved in to Contact Centre management roles servicing advisers & networks within RBS, whilst gaining financial planning qualifications. A short spell as a Mortgage Adviser was followed by 10 years with Aviva as a senior manager. I then headed the New Business & Underwriting functions. In the past 3 years I worked within a local platform provider and a major high street bank before joining Sanlam in 2014.

I currently have accountability for the delivery of the experience for our advisers & investors to ensure it is positive and efficient & meets quality levels. My vision is to develop a service proposition ensuring how & when you interact with us, we have a solution to meet your requirements.

In my spare time I can be found on my road bike and I’m a qualified rugby coach looking after my sons rugby club team.
