Sales Manager

Salary £50-£70K base (depending on experience) plus bonus

Sanlam FOUR is a boutique asset manager, founded in 2006 and currently manages £4.8bn. The investment team consists of experienced fund managers who operate autonomous and disciplined investment approaches that have been tried and tested over several market cycles.
 
Sanlam FOUR is majority owned by the Sanlam Group which is a substantial financial services company with a market capitalisation of £6.7bn and a Fitch credit rating of AA-. Sanlam FOUR is the Group’s international Centre of Excellence for asset management.

Based in our offices in London (EC1N) but principally focusing on clients outside of the City; we’re looking for an experienced Sales professional to promote and sell our range of products to the Wholesale market.
 
The role
 
We have a strong range of products which, after recent performance and growth in AUM, are seeing increasing traction.  In this exciting growth phase we’re looking for an experienced financial sales professional to increase our presence and impact with clients outside of London.
 
Part of your role will be to support our Sales Director who is focussed predominantly on London based clients; but where you will add most value is in building our client base outside of London within the Wholesale / WM / Fund of Funds sector.
 
Key to this role will be your ability to establish relationships with UK Fund buyers and to continue to build the Sanlam FOUR brand.
 
To do this effectively and efficiently you will need to collaborate with our investment teams to fully understand our propositions and proactively work, build and maintain our database of clients.
 
This will be a great role for candidates who may have progressed from sales support roles into more of a front line sales role and ideally someone who has begun to build a good set of contacts and relationships with Fund Buyers in the regions outside of London.
