Post and Print Room Administrator 

Salary c. £16K (dependent upon experience) 

Based in Bristol

Based in our offices in Bristol; we are currently looking for a Post and Print Room Administrator.
The role
We are increasing the capacity of our post room and internal printing solutions.  This means that we will need additional resource to help manage our day to day post room services and printing and fulfilment process.
You will be responsible for sorting and distributing incoming post, servicing the post process to the whole building, including, delivery, collection frank and despatch.  Printing internal reports and outgoing correspondence, fulfilling ready for despatch and franking ready for collection by a 3rd party.
Additionally you will arrange and prepare outgoing signed for and special delivery items and prepare courier and overnight packages and boxes where required.
Skills and experience
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Print room administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Superb time management
  • High degree of reliability
