Performance & Reporting Administrator

Based in our offices in Sevenoaks; we are currently looking for a Performance and Reporting Administrator to join our fantastic team.

The role
The team you will be joining look after all administration for our investment operations department. This role will involve assisting with the maintenance of data integrity in client management systems, performance reporting applications and ensuring all aspects of client reporting are completed correctly and efficiently.
The key to this role will be your interest of Financial Services.  You will be an organised individual and logical thinker who is able to produce high quality reports using accurate data.  

This is a fantastic role for an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a team player who is able to think outside the box and believes they are able to make an impact, instigate change and develop their experience (we’ll support you through your relevant work related qualifications).
Skills and experience
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • 5 years industry experience specifically in operational roles

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel 

  • High level organisational ability

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Good understanding of financial IT systems

  • Strong numeric skills Strong literacy skills

  • Aptitude for learning new skills and software applications

  • Consistently works to a high standard of accuracy and timeliness
