Pensions Administrator – 6m FTC 

Salary £18-£24K

Based in our offices in Bristol; we are currently looking for two Pensions Administrators to join our busy Pensions and Client Administration teams on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of 6 months to help us through a particular busy period.
The role
Joining our experienced administration team; your role will be to engage with customers, financial advisors and third party providers to ensure that our customer’s pension products are suitably managed.
This will involve a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities including managing pension transfers, informing customers of their options they have under pension freedom changes, maturity and drawdown quotes, setting up drawdown products and arranging payment of benefits.
This would be a great role for someone with a strong administration background (ideally within Financial Services /Pensions) who is looking for more variety across a wider range of tasks.
Skills and experience
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong Administration experience (Ideally within a Financial Services/Pensions environment).
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • GCSE Level (A-C) English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel

Candidates with experience of personal pensions (defined contribution) would be of particular interest.
