Paraplanner

Based in our offices in Bristol or North Wales (St Asaph) we are currently looking for a Paraplanner to join our fantastic team.
 
The role
 
As part of a centralised team you will work proactively with advisers, compliance and product providers to help design and deliver first class; client centric solutions. This will include reviewing client circumstances, undertaking the necessary research and then producing concise suitability reports that are accurate and FCA compliant.
 
As a Paraplanner, we’re looking for an experienced professional with experience in pensions, investments and trusts.
 
As part of a fully integrated financial services firm you will be working alongside internal investment managers, product experts and technical advisers. Using our cutting edge back office system you will also assist our dedicated Adviser Support teams to ensure client records are complete, up to date and accurate.
 
Skills and experience
 
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Level 4 Financial Planning qualified (with preference given to those with AF3 or AF7 pension transfer specialism)

  • ​Extensive Paraplanning experience

  • ​Extensive pensions knowledge

  • Trust/Tax planning knowledge

  • Ability to provide support and training to team members

  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • Strong report writing and verbal /numerical skills
