New Business Team Leader

Based in our offices in Bristol; we are currently looking for a New Business Team Leader to manage our New Business Team.  
 
The role
 
Our New Business team is responsible for the administration of all new business from both external advisors and our own internal distribution team. The team process a wide range of wealth products from ISA’s to Bonds. 
 
A key element of your role will be to ensure that the team (currently 9 people) is properly resourced at all times, and that work volumes and quality are suitably managed, monitored and maintained.
 
Like all good companies we don’t want to stand still! So your role will also see you actively involved in the development and training of the team.  The customer is always at the forefront of everything we do so we will also want you to ensure that our processes and procedures are efficient and customer centric and implement change where improvement is needed. 
 
Key to this role will be your excellent team management, communication and relationship management skills where excellent customer service is at the heart of everything you do.
 
This would be a great role for candidates who have experience of working in Financial Services (e.g.  Wealth Management / Insurance/ Protection) who want to work in a great team environment in our offices in the centre of Bristol.
 
Skills and experience
 
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Team leading experience within a Financial Services environment.
  • Product knowledge on at least one of the following: Pensions / Life products / Bonds / Investments).
  • The ability to learn/pick up new products and systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • A strong team orientated ethos
