Based in our office in Bristol; we are currently looking for a Client and Advisor Support Manager on a 12 Month FTC basis to manage a team of administrators who provide pro-active support for our Distribution Team.
 
The role
 
New Business at Sanlam is generated through our own distribution team who can offer our clients a wide range of wealth and investment products both through Sanlam and external providers.
 
As our Client and Advisor Support Manager, you will manage and motivate your team to support the distribution team in achieving local and company-wide targets.  You will ensure that our clients receive a positive customer experience through meeting agreed client service levels and building relationships with our client base.  You will also support the office with seeking out both local and country wide opportunities to enhance growth and increase brand awareness.   
 
Key to this role will be your excellent communication and relationship management skills, your attention to detail and your ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
 
This would be a great role for candidates who have experience of working in Financial Services (e.g.  Wealth Management / Insurance/ Protection) who want to work in a great team environment in our offices in the centre of Bristol.
 
Skills and experience
 
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Sales Support Team Management experience within a Financial Services organisation.
  • Excellent customer services and relationship management skills.
  • Educated to degree level preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Previous knowledge of working with Intelligent Office preferred but not essential.
