Based in our offices in Bristol; we are currently looking for an Administrator to join our busy Client Administration team on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of 12 months.
 
The role
 
This is a newly formed team where your role will be to support the activities of our Discretionary Fund Managers (Portfolio Managers) who we have based across the country.
 
Your role will be to ensure all financial instructions from our Portfolio Managers are conducted as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
 
Typically this will involve investment and disinvestment activities across a wide range of products; and whilst a considerable proportion will be Sanlam products (that will need your engagement and interaction with the relevant internal teams); you will also be dealing with an extensive range of 3rd party product providers to ensure requests are carried out as required.
 
In this role you will have a wide variety of administrative tasks to complete; so the key to this role will be your flexible approach, your prioritisation and time management skills as well as your ability to multitask.
 
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised administrator to gain or further their knowledge of DFM / Investments and wider financial services products.
 
Skills and experience
 
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:
 

  • Financial Services Administration / Processing experience (preference given to those from a DFM environment)
  • Excellent customer services skills and highly organised.
  • GCSE Level (A-C) Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel
