Welcome to the resource centre for those accessing the Sanlam Onshore Bond via the 7IM platform. Here you will be able to find all the information and documents you need in order to illustrate and submit an application.

The Sanlam Onshore Bond is a single premium investment-linked life assurance bond that offers a tax efficient way of taking a regular income.
For full details on features, allowable investments and charges please download the ‘Features and Charges’ document from the resources section below.

To produce an illustration you will need to register for Sanlam Online Services. If you are already registered, click here to login. If you need any help with producing an illustration please refer to the relevant sections in our online user guide, available in the resources section below.

To submit an application you will need to complete two application forms – the Sanlam Onshore Bond application form plus a 7IM application form. Where 7IM are acting as Discretionary Fund Manager (DFM) or you are using the Managed Investment Service (MIS), please select either the ‘7IM Discretionary Account Opening Form’ or the ‘7IM Managed Investment Service Account Opening Form’. For all other scenarios select the ‘7IM Platform Account Opening Form’. Please note that before selecting 7IM as DFM or using the MIS service, you must first speak to a 7IM Relationship Manager and be issued with an investment proposal. All forms are available below.
If you are using an external DFM (i.e. not 7IM), you will also need to complete an Investment Management Agreement (IMA).
Once completed, all forms should be sent to:
